Must include up to date rabies vaccinations and can prove the dog\/cat is spayed or neutered for the $5.00 fee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Have the description of the dog\/cat on the record to be kept with City of Merriam Woods, including if the dog\/cat has been chipped.
