NEW HOME AND ADD-ON PERMITS :
- Building Permit Fee $4.50 per $1,000 Valuation
- Plan Review Fee
- 0-1,500 sq ft: $75
- 1,501-2,500 sq ft: $150
- 2,501 sq ft and above: $250
- Administration Fee $50.00
- All fees to be paid at the time of application
BUSINESS LICENSES:
- Business License – $50.00 (Due Annually on January 1)
- Peddlers License – $30.00 (Due Annually on January 1)
DOG/CAT LICENSES:
- Spay/Neutered – $5.00 per animal
- Unaltered – $20.00 per animal
Due January 1 of each year. Must include up to date rabies vaccinations and can prove the dog/cat is spayed or neutered for the $5.00 fee.
Have the description of the dog/cat on the record to be kept with City of Merriam Woods, including if the dog/cat has been chipped. (This is to help us return your pet safely and quickly to you if ever misplaced).
